Global Standards
Our coach training program is designed based on time-tested core competencies of International Coach Federation (ICF). Our participants extensively practice the ICF core competencies while learning the underlying theories such as adult learning, human development and transformation.
Experiential Learning
We use an innovative experiential learning process that is centered on the learner rather than trainer. Each participant experience a blend of in-person and online learning of theory and practice in dyadic, triadic and group formats.
